7-6-08 Pink Ladies Dinner

We all got together for dinner at Papacito's in Plano and had a lot of fun!

FYI: We call ourselves "The Pink Ladies" because one night years ago, after an all day of shopping, we went to the fabric store at like 8pm and bought a yard of sheer pink fabric w silver sparkles. We had the lady cut the yard of fabric into 4 square pieces. We all tied the fabric around our heads like Marylin Monroe scarves...put the biggest sunglasses that we could find on...(remember it was dark outside)... and we drove around town, hootin' and hollerin' in Jessica Hodson's convertible(oh and it was freezing cold too)...

This was earlier that day, while we were shopping... but this is what gave us the idea.

Ok, anyways...back to dinner...


I got in trouble by Jessica Hodson for taking this picture because she was eating...

Jessica McBain... her hubby couldn't make it, so we all jumped in the picture with her...even little Rowyn.


Jake Rhodes

!!! The Jalapeno Dare !!!

Chris started razzin' Jake at dinner and bet him $25 that he would not eat a fresh jalapeno. Jake is kind of a picky eater, he doesnt like onions and bell peppers and such so... outside of it being "something green"... it was also HOT.






I guess it is safe to say... Jake will do anything for money...
Next, Chris just couldn't give it up... so he bet him another $5 to eat another one, because he said that Jake knocked all the seeds out of the first one...lol...
Well, you guessed it... Jake ate that one too... Jake did say that the second one was hotter.
By this time the entire table was in on it... and they all said that Jake should eat this.

The girls decided that Rowyn needed and accent to her outfit so they grabbed the closest thing they could find... the flower from the table vase...lol...



ohhhh daddy, im sleepy...lets go home...
