Every new mom needs an "ITZBEEN"

After Rowyn and I came home i found it very difficult to get us on a schedule and keep up with all the "when did she eat last?" "when was she changed last" "when was the last time i took my medicine" ect.

Chris would say that when i delivered, my brain must have followed Rowyn out...because i literally could not remember things like from 5min ago...

...it all just seemed to run together... so first... i tried to write it all down...
